I have waited to write a True review.Last year February i purchased a citreon cactus from Carl. The car was in great condition and due for NCT after 6 months. The NCT was passed without any prior service to car, which showed the quality of car. Just bought a beautiful insignia from Carl. Very patient and relatable. I've bought cars previously from so many car dealers and this was easily the most enjoyable experience. The car is exactly as described, mint condition, drives like a dream. If you are looking for a car dealer that will really look to help with brilliant customer service I recommend Carl, very responsive by email and phone. Recently got work done on my exhaust. Damian and his team provide a first class service and had the car back within 2 days better then ever.The issues are communicated clearly and never any surprises.I wouldn't use any other mechanics and all the staff are very accommodating.Highly recommend also if you need a car. Have bought 3 cars there over the year's and all worked out great.

Just came home with a lovely 2016 Honda Jazz for me and my partner. The team here were exceptional and were great with walking me through the process of paying off the tax, viewing service history, features of the car etc etc. As this was our first car, we were quite nervous but the team couldn't have made it any easier!Shout out to Damien and Carl in particular who were very helpful. Also, the NCT was already covered until next year which was awesome. The process of viewing the car, purchasing and driving home only took less than a week too!They are a bit out of the way, but if you ever need a service or see a car on their site - I would check these guys out 100%.My only negative is that I wish they cleaned the inside of the engine and a bit under the hood. I'm only saying this because they cleaned the rest of the car like it was brand new! Which was a nice touch.

Changing my review, because the customer service demonstrated by the team here has been exemplary. They offered to fix it something that they don't have to mind you! Looking forward to getting it fixed when possible. I would recommend people like me who are getting their first cars to consider CityView as you will be carefree. A very honest buisness. Highly recommend this garage. I bought a used car here 6 months ago. Very good price and good warranty. Had a very small problem after a few days, turned out to be glo plugs. They took it straight back and had it fixed and returned to me in a couple of hours. Excellent service and very nice fair lads. Will definitely return when upgrading in the future.

Brought a Volvo XC60 from City View. Dealt with Carl.Car serviced before delivery and delivered in clean condition. Onboarded AA membership during the car delivery. Log book received within two weeks. One of the car window had issues after few days. Carl replaced the regulator and fixed the issue. Really good support after the sales.Would be dealing again in future with City View.

I've recently bought a 151 Dacia Duster from CityView car sales. I was dealing with Carl who is a great salesman 😁 he made the process very easy for me from start to finish. He made sure the jeep was valeted before i bought it. The jeep is in excellent condition inside and out. It came fully serviced and they even fitted a new timing belt for me. I would highly recommend CityView car sales to anyone they are very professional and very affordable. I got the jeep for an excellent price. Thanks so much to Carl for all his hard work, time and effort he put into my sale I really appreciate it. I'm loving my new jeep it's perfect.
